Bought a final sale item two days before it became an additional 50% off. I called to let them know that I haven’t even received the item in the mail and if they could offer the same discount to me. They didn’t. I won’t shop there again; too many other sites to shop at that would have made a different decision.
I recently made an online purchase since my local store was closed due to COVID. I already know my designer's sizing so trying on was not as much of an issue as it would normally be. My order arrived about one week later than originally stated, but all else was up to expectations. I understand during this time shipping may be delayed, but the company should say so on it's website when placing the order to set realistic expectations.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I ordered a $995 Zimmerman dress. I received the dress and it was a totally different item than what I ordered. I call in to report it and they say I have to go through their protocol. 72 hours for a call back. I have an event that this was ordered for in 3 days.. lots of other options to order from. I’ll stick to Matchesfashion.com... terrible service!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been shopping online and in their stores for years and have never had to contact customer service. After doing so I will NEVER buy from this company again. They do not care about their customers AT ALL. They will politely respond to your issue telling you they appreciate the feedback and not even ATTEMPT to rectify your terrible experience.
Awful customer service please read the other reviews... this company is horrible! I’ve lost $200 for THEIR mistake they made. I’m absolutely shocked they’re still in business!!!!
Intermix has terrible customer service. They would not take back a jacket given as a gift for Christmas, even though we emailed the day after Christmas. My mother was willing to do an exchange for a larger size, and they would not bend. DO NOT ORDER FROM INTERMIX!
Beware! Do not do business with this company. They sent me the wrong item and would not allow a return or an exchange! I am left with an item I didn’t order and cost me hundreds of dollars.
I have ordered from this store for many years and spent thousands of dollars I have only called customer service once, and they were beyond unhelpful. When I asked for further clarification they were actually hostile. They have lost me as a customer. They are absolutely refusing to do I return, or exchange, or store credit for a grossly misrepresented item.
Intermix has always been bad...I'm surprised they still have an online service. I purchased 5 years ago and will never shop online. I sometimes shop at the store only. I only use the site to see what they have and then purchase it at SAKS...thanks intermix for offering that service.
They are terrible. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not received my order. Contacted them, they said they had to finish their investigation process that will take 8-12 days. When asked for a refund they will not process the refund until they completed the process. If you can find the item you like somewhere else, don't waste your time shopping Intermix!!
Absolutely Horrible! They cancel your order without even telling you. Why you sell something that is not in stock? This is the only web who does that and very often. Even their stores are not what it use to be years ago. Very bad customer service and wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
Ordered dress on 50% off sale. After waiting for 1.5 weeks for order to be shipped, Intermix just cancelled the order, and offered me very generous 20% off code on full priced purchase. Such a joke. Also, they return policy is just terrible, I can understand if item was heavily marked down, but make all sale non returnable is really not fair for the customers.
I wish Trustpilot had a "zero stars" option. The dress I received from Intermix yesterday is four inches smaller in the waist and bust than their size chart indicates, and it's their "house brand!" Since I had never ordered from Intermix prior to this, I called them before I placed the order to confirm sizing and was told "I don't know, you should Google reviews." I sized up, figuring I could always have the dress tailored, but it arrived much smaller than it's supposed to be. I called again yesterday and spoke to a very nice woman who said she is not allowed to give refunds for sale items even if they are defective. Apparently I am expected to take pictures of the dress and prove that it's tiny - that's right, Intermix calls their customers liars. I'm waiting to hear from their "exceptions department" to see if I will be granted a refund. I will never purchase anything from Intermix again.
I purchased a blazer at $179 because it was a "final sale" item as I thought it wouldn't have further sale, but the day I received the order, Intermix(. Com) reduces the price to $129 PLUS 50% + Free Shipping! So basically I paid $114.50 MORE than what I should have paid... so I asked the customer service to match the price and offer me a store credit(not even money back) since I haven't even opened the box, and they replied that they can't as it was a final sale. I wrote back(twice) to mention that it's misleading, but they haven't replied back with any replies. Awful customer service and Playing with prices.
Also, their"Stylists" are a joke! They just find items that I already found and saw... Recommending items without even knowing styles you prefer as a customer.
